IMPORTANT NOTE
You can calculate MD5 hash codes of files of any size (as long as the server allows the size for upload)
If the uploaded file is of considerable size (greater than ~250KB) the browser may run out of memory to display the page due to the level of detail in the log.
Use the calculator without the log show in such a case or increase your browser per tab memory.
I may come to paginate the results at some point to better address this situation, but not in the short term.
